INGREDIENTS
• 50 ml Cyrus Saffron Gin
• 100 ml Premium tonic
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 Lemon peels –1 to squeeze, 1 for garnish

HOW TO MAKE
1. Fill your glass with ice
2. Stir until frosted
3. Add Cyrus Saffron Gin
4. Squeeze a lemon peel
5. Add Tonic
6. Garnish with lemon peel tied to the top of the large charred cinnamon stick
